You can now go to the "Summer 2011" tab...scroll down to the "2012 Tournament Entry Form" tab and click on the "2012 Paper Registration Form". Please take a moment to populate the form and return to the address shown at the bottom of the page.
To be placed into the selection process, you must attach a $150.00 deposit check.
The cutoff for team applications is December 1st, 2011. With our committment to the NFCA, we must provide a complete team listing to them by December 15th, 2011. In 2011, we recieved over 250 applications for only 100 team slots.
The "Accepted Team List" will be published on December 16th.
